Where is my order?
You can use the tracking link in our dispatch confirmation email to check the status of your order. This will show you the planned delivery date as well.
You can also view your parcel’s current delivery status at any time via the ‘My account > Orders’ section of the online shop. This link will take you straight there.
If the delivery date has passed, please be patient. Unfortunately, delivery firms sometimes encounter unexpected delays.
