If you aren’t in when the delivery driver calls, they will make a second attempt to deliver your parcel. Alternatively, the driver will leave a note telling you where you can collect your parcel.
Please also check your parcel’s status using the tracking link which we sent you in our dispatch confirmation email.
You can also view your parcel’s current delivery status at any time via the ‘My account > Orders’ section of the online shop. This link will take you straight there.
