Terms and conditions for prize draws Prize draws via the Instagram account “werns.official” (related to hi-werns.com) exclusively obligate the WERNS GmbH as described above in our Terms of Service ( https://www.hi-werns.com/en/Service-Impressum-etc./terms-conditions/ ). Our prize draws and other promotional activities are not related to Meta or Instagram. They only concern the participants and us. The necessary steps for valid participation are described in our Instagram- announcement. Entries not in compliance with the necessary steps cannot be considered. Entrants must be 18 years or over. Participants must live in a country to which we deliver. The prize and the winner will be announced on Instagram.  The drawing process determines the winner(s) at random.  Multiple entries per person, will be disregarded altogether. The winner will be contacted by us via Instagram within two weeks after the closing date. We will send the prize to the winner free of charge. The WERNS GmbH and the Werner Voß GmbH staff and their family cannot participate. Per Instagram profile and person only one entry will be considered. The winner will be determined at random among the valid entries. Our privacy statement ( https://www.hi-werns.com/en/Service-Impressum-etc./privacy/ ) equally applies to prize draws. By submitting an entry to the prize draw, you consent to the processing of your submitted data within the boundaries layed out there. Participants have the rights as layed out in the privacy statement. By submitting to our prize draw you guarantee, that the submission is in line with the applicable legal requirements, especially with the copyrights of others. Our liability is limited in accordance to Section 9 of our Terms of Service (see above). Notwithstanding mandatory law, German law is exclusively applicable. Notwithstanding mandatory law, Münster is the exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising between us and you.  

Prize draws via other channels such as e-mail or flyers exclusively create a relationship between the WERNS GmbH and the adressee of the promotional activity. Entrants must be 18 years or over. Participants must live in a country to which we deliver. The prize and the winner will be announced on Instagram. Winners will be contacted by us via their respective contact data. Only entrants in accordance with the instructions of the respective prize draw are admissible and will be subjected to the drawing process. The drawing process determines the winner(s) at random.
