Can I cancel my order?

Items are picked and packed ready for dispatch as soon as payment is received, so there is a very small time-frame for cancellations. It is not currently possible to cancel orders via your customer account on our website.

However, you can contact our customer service team by emailing say@hi-werns.com to discuss the details of your order.

NB: We enclose a returns label with each order so that you can return items free of charge. If you return something, please keep your proof of posting.
